Coffee has several Health Benefits!

      Coffee has been getting a bad rap for years; alot of research has been written on the benefits of drinking coffee   Some of the benefits of drinking coffee in moderation are the following:

          Helps the body to detoxify, fights off Cancer, aids in weight loss, increases cognitive ability, prevents heart disease, prevents Parkinson’s and Dimentia, and can prevent type 2 diabetes.  There are additional health benefits as well.  I drink coffee, and will continue to(in moderation).  Did you have your second cup yet?
